The LagoVista Players was the brain child
of Jean Clause ( Mrs. Gerald Clause). Jean
requested that the following persons meet
March 9th, 1989
at the POA Activity Center to discuss
organization of a Community Theater in Lago Vista:

Paul & Ann Burnst
Gene Markley Marion
Guy
Gene & Beth Platz
Frank & Sue Miller
An
Interim Steering Committee was then chosen. They are as
follows:

Markley – Chairperson
Sue Miller – Vice Chairperson Gene Platz – Dir. of Finance
Ann Brunst – Secretary Paul Burnst – Publicity Marion
Guy – Historian
The
“Players” First production was Send me No Flowers
Directed by Gene Markley in 1990 at the All-Purpose Room (
now Viking Hall ). |
